How do I remove Premium Spam Filtering from a user?

The following article explains how to remove Premium Spam Filtering from a user. Once removed, emails sent to the user will no longer be filtered. For each user you remove, you can configure a different user for Premium Spam Filtering.

To remove Premium Spam Filtering from a user, please follow these steps:

  1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
  2. Click on Control Panel Login.
  3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
  4. Expand Premium Spam Filtering and click Manage Premium Spam Filtering Users.
  5. Select the appropriate domain profile from the drop down. If you only have one domain profile, it will be selected by default.
  6. Click delete next to the user you wish to remove Premium Spam Filtering.

Please allow up to 5 minutes for the user(s) to be removed.
