How do I change an account's password in Helm?

The following article explains how to change an account's password in Helm. Logins with the proper permission (Update Login) will be able to update an account's password. The primary Administrator can do this by default.

To change an accounts password in Helm, please follow these steps:

1. Open a Web browser and connect to your Helm Control Panel located at https://ip_address:8086.
2. Login as the Administrator using the information sent to you in your setup email.
3. Expand Account Settings and click Account Logins.
4. Click the login name you need to update.
5. Enter the new password and confirm the new password.
6. Click Save.
