How do I create a new login in Helm?

The following article explains how to create a new login in Helm. Each login is assigned an Account Login Role, which determines the level of permissions the login has. Account Login Roles are created by the Administrator.

To create a new login in Helm, please follow these steps:

1. Open a Web browser and connect to your Helm Control Panel located at https://ip_address:8086.
2. Login as the Administrator using the information sent to you in your setup email.
3. Expand Account Settings.
4. Expand Account Logins and click Create Login.
5. Enter the requested information:
   • Login Name: enter a name for the login
   • Login Password: enter the password for the login
   • Confirm Password: re-enter the password for the login
   • Login Email Address: enter an email address for the login
   • Account Login Role: enter the role for the login

   The other form fields are optional.

   
6. Click Save.
