How do I create a new domain in Helm?

The following article explains how to create a new domain (website) in Helm. During the process, you can set whether the domain will be active or parked and then enable services. Active domains will display Web content that is uploaded. Parked domains will display a parked page.

To create a new domain, please follow these steps:

1. Open a Web browser and connect to your Helm Control Panel located at https://ip_address:8086.
2. Login as the Administrator using the information sent to you in your setup email.
3. From the Helm Navigation column, expand My Domains and click Create Domain.
4. Enter the domain name.
5. Choose if the domain should be Active or Parked.
6. Click Next.
7. Select the services you wish to enable.
8. Click Save.
