What is the Account ID / User Name for an Exchange Mailbox?

When each mailbox is created, an Exchange User is created on the server. This user is used when an Account ID or User Name is required. You can find the Exchange User information in Hosted Exchange and SharePoint Web Portal.

1. Open a browser window and go to www.HostMySite.com
2. Click on Control Panel Login.
3. Log into the Control Panel as the Account Administrator and select the appropriate domain.
4. Click Hosted Exchange & SharePoint.
5. Find the domain name and click Manage.
6. Find the user and click Edit.
7. The Account ID / User Name is labled as User Nick Name.

The User Nick Name is created by the Exchange server and cannot be changed.
